Stephanie and Brad are two of my favorite people. For real. Stephanie is my magician of a hairstylist. She makes me pretty on a bi-monthly basis, and for that, I’m beyond grateful. Stephanie met Brad in high school (Hello fairytale romance!), and now they’re expecting Baby Brody this fall.

My favorite part about these two? They let me drag them through the marshland near the Martinez marina. And they didn’t complain once! In fact, they even let me back into their car after I fell into the water. Oh yes, you read that right. Me and my big mouth fell into the super stinky, nature breeding waters of the Martinez marsh. I still swear it was worth it.

I can’t to meet little Brody.

Oh.  And Brody’s room has a locker in it. As in, a really high school locker.  How cool is that!?

Meet Whitney! She’s my fabulously cute Senior Spokesmodel for Concord High School. I had so much fun with her and her wonderful mom, Jennifer, traipsing through a street festival and dancing in the closed farmers market. I love it when my clients burst into double pirouettes on a street corner!  Whitney, you’re so full of energy, I wish I could be you.  I have every faith you’ll be dancing your way through life.

What are your after school activities:

Most of my extra curricular activities are with my school’s music program. After finding my passion for performing with our Minutemen Marching Band’s Auxiliary unit, I tried to find new forms of performing. I am currently involved with Show Choir, Concert Choir, Auxiliaries, and Winter Guard. I also am planning to take jazz and ballet dance classes this summer. My secret ambition is to finish college and go to Julliard…. :) Danville, ca high school portraits

What makes me, me? Well, a few dozen things, I suppose. I am effervescent, intelligent, and determined to fight society’s ills. I typically stay in an uplifted, happy mood and find a way to make the best out of situations. I hardly ever simply blow of a task, listing that it is too hard or not worth it, and if I get something down, I work harder to improve it. I make plans, and although they sometimes fade away or I decide to take a different route, I love making them; they are a fun, creative way to fill in all of the possibilities of this crazy thing called life. The senior season is in full swing around here. That means tons of fun shoots, lots of ridiculously fun locations and an loads of great products. (I’m pretty sure I should start inviting my UPS driver in for tea since he’s at my house so often!)

Check out the goodies that arrived just this week. This are all gorgeous press printed books in 3×3, 5×5 and 8×8. I’m in love with the dupioni silk covers. And the art linen paper. And really, just about every little thing about them.

The Senior Spokesmodel cards pretty much rock my world too.

Hang on to your hats folks.  I have a doozy coming up.

I can’t share much, but remember that Event Planner I posted about last week?  Well, she’s amazing.  And the shoot we did together rocked my socks off.  I can’t post more than a  quick peek at the moment, but just know that what’s coming will be worth the wait.
